Indigo Café has been open since 2005, changing its name from the Ancient Luang Prabang Hotel and Cafe in 2012 to the present name. At that time, we also began searching for the highest quality of coffee to offer our guests. Our search took us to Paksong in Southern Laos where we identify a small community farmer that met our high expectations for just the right coffee bean. Grown organically and of the highest quality, we determined this was the ideal product we wished to offer our guests. Enjoy the finest view of the Night Market in Luang Prabang from our Rooftop Terrace (coffee bar), enjoy one of our signature cocktails or a glass of wine to relax from your long day trip, OR just unwind from a busy day of exploring charming Luang Prabang.

OUR BAKERY
Our bakery was opened 29 years ago and moved to its present location as an addition to the Ancient Luang Prabang Hotel, owned by my parents. On February 9, of this year (2014), I changed the name to reflect a combination of my love for doughuts (the O) and my love for my young daughter, Ri. Thus,ORI. About My Goal, I am constantly looking for ways to improve not only menu items but the manner in which the cafe', its employees and staff bring you the highest quality food and service. Because the customer's health and happiness are our primary goals, we care that you enjoy the time that you spend with us. Stop by for a cup of coffee.
